Þóra & Drogo, Baroness & Baron of Allyshia, invite all to celebrate the coming festive season with games, crafts and a served period feast. During the day there will be games, A&S, fighting (weather dependent) and overall merriment. The evening will consist of an amazing feast, and if we know our community well, story telling.
Per Order Feast tickets: $15 preorder till November 22nd, Contact the Event Steward or mail payments to: 3207 Albee Street, Eureka CA 95503. Make Checks Payable to SCA Inc. Barony of Allyshia. A very limited number of feast tickets will be available at gate, for $20 so buy them early. Kids 10 and under eat free when their parent or guardian purchases a ticket.

CLEAN UP
At the last barony meeting we discussed getting more involved in the community. Instead of a gift exchange, we’d like to ask for donations for toys for toys. Here ate some guidelines that will need to be followed:
* New and unwrapped: Toys should be new and unwrapped.
* Price range: Toys should preferably be worth around $10 or more.
* Books: Books are also needed, and three books count as one gift.
* Homemade toys: Homemade toys are accepted.
* No realistic weapons: Toys that look like realistic weapons are not allowed.
* No food or candy: Toys with food or candy are not allowed.
* No chemicals: Toys with chemicals, such as experimental labs, acid, or crystal projects, are not allowed.
Bard of Allyshia competition:
Baronesses choice- a period piece in any style (song, poem etc) with a “Space Saga” theme
2nd piece- your best original piece
In the event of a tie, the tie breaker would be any style (song, poem) with the theme of “Sheep”
We encourage the populace to present a piece in weather category to give competitors a break between pieces.
Allyshian Spoon: Holiday Cookie Bake-off. Use your imagination as there are many holidays (religious or not) around the world.
Allyshian story time: let’s gather around an reminisce on makes Allyshia the best! Tell us stories of yore, no s@*!, there I was, and things that have touched our hearts.
Feast: Join us on a culinary journey as we explore Marco Polo’s stops along the Silk Road. We’ll visit India, China, Japan Vietnam, Africa and starting in Venice.
